Campaign strategy
A plan before the spend, not after.
Most marketing failures aren’t a bad channel choice — they’re no real plan connecting the message, the channels, and the budget in the first place. We build that plan before anything launches.
What’s included.
The planning work that makes everything after it actually add up.
- Strategy & positioning
- Clarifying what you’re actually saying and to whom, before any channel gets picked.
- Channel planning
- Deciding where the budget actually goes, based on where your audience is, not habit.
- Messaging & creative direction
- What the campaign needs to say across every touchpoint, kept consistent.
- Budget allocation
- Spend planned against goals, not split evenly out of indecision.
- Launch coordination
- Making sure every channel goes live on time and in sync, not piecemeal.
- Reporting & iteration
- What worked, what didn’t, and what changes next time.
Who this is for.
A product, offer, or season that needs a real coordinated push, not scattered effort.
Different channels running with no shared plan or message.
You want a real strategy before committing spend, not figure-it-out-as-you-go.
How it comes together.

Build and refine
Launching, monitoring, and adjusting mid-flight as real data comes in.
A campaign without a plan is just spending with extra steps.
We build the plan first — what you’re saying, where, to whom, and for how much — so the spend that follows actually has somewhere to land.
Common questions.
Do you also execute the campaign, or just plan it?
Both — we can plan and hand off, or plan and run it end to end, depending what you need.
How far in advance should I start planning?
Ideally four to six weeks before launch for a real campaign, longer for anything seasonal or high-stakes.
What if I already have some pieces in place?
That’s fine — we’ll work with what exists and fill in the gaps rather than starting over.
Does this include the ad spend itself?
No, campaign strategy is the planning and coordination; ad management, a separate service, covers running the paid spend itself.
What size budget is this good for?
Any size, honestly — the value is in the plan, whether you’re spending a few thousand or a lot more.
Tell us what you’re launching.
What’s coming up, and roughly when — we’ll take it from there.
